When the first draft of your website is ready, I’ll share it with you for feedback, and we’ll schedule a one-hour collaborative session to review your ideas and make updates together. This counts as your first round of revisions.

Once I’ve completed the updates from that round, I’ll share the revised website for your review, and we can repeat the process as needed—this becomes your second round of revisions.

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, and additional rounds are available at $150/hour if needed.

To get your website up and running, you’ll typically need:

• Text content for each page (like your bio, info about your services, etc.). The included website copy roadmap will guide you step by step, with helpful guidelines and examples. If you’d like more hands-on support, I also offer copywriting support and strategy as an add-on service.

• Images and photos you’d like included, such as headshots, office photos, or lifestyle imagery.

• Branding materials like logos, color palettes, or fonts. Don’t worry if you don’t have these yet, I offer a branding kit add-on service with everything you’ll need.

• Any inspiration or examples of websites or designs you like.

Once we have your materials, we’ll start with a planning and strategy session to map out your content and site structure. You’ll also receive a welcome packet with a content planner and other tools to make creating your content easier. And if questions come up while you’re working on it, I’m always available by email for guidance.

You’ll be responsible for the cost of your Squarespace subscription (the platform that hosts your website). Plans start at $16/month when billed annually— and by working with me, you’ll get 20% off your first year!

If we decide to use any custom fonts or stock photos, you’ll also be responsible for those costs.

A few add-on services, like appointment scheduling or newsletter setup, also require their own subscription. I’ll always let you know upfront if something falls into this category, so there are no surprises.

I provide foundational SEO as an add-on service to any custom website package. It includes all the “under the hood” essentials that help your site get found on Google and AI-powered searches—things like keyword research, optimized titles, clean structure, and technical fixes for speed and performance. You’ll also get tracking tools and smart strategies to boost visibility so the right clients can discover you with ease.

Yes! I offer ongoing website maintenance & updates packages for regular updates, content changes, and new features as your practice grows and evolves.

You’ll also receive personalized training so you can make simple edits on your own—like updating text, swapping out photos, or adding new content. But if you’d rather not handle those changes yourself, you’re always welcome to hire me to take care of it for you.
