You’ll receive a welcome packet with everything you need to start creating and collecting all the essential materials for your site::
↠ Words: The included self-guided website copy roadmap offers templates, examples, and helpful guidance to support you in crafting clear, authentic text for your site.
↠ Images: The included content planner provides an easy way to organize and map out where each image will go.

4. Website Design & Build

This is the phase where you get to sit back and watch your website come to life! I’ll begin with a homepage mockup so you can get a sense of the overall design. Once you approve the design, I’ll build out the full draft of your site.
When the draft site is ready, I’ll share it with you for feedback, and we’ll schedule a one-hour collaborative session to go through your ideas and make updates together. This counts as one round of revisions. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, and if you’d like additional rounds beyond that, they’re available at an additional cost.
The revision process is highly collaborative. My goal is for you to feel proud, confident, and truly at home in your new site.

Once everything is polished and ready, we’ll launch your website and celebrate this big milestone together! You’ll also receive a personalized one-hour training session (recorded so you can revisit it anytime).
During this session, I’ll guide you through how to:

You’ll start by completing the Website Copy Roadmap: guided templates and examples to help you write thoughtful, effective content for each page. It helps give us a foundation to work from as we collaboratively refine and craft your copy.
After you complete the roadmap, I’ll review your copy in detail and provide specific, actionable feedback. We’ll then meet for a 60-minute collaborative strategy call to refine your words together and develop clear, authentic, and engaging copy that feels true to you and resonates with your ideal-fit clients.

Yes! I offer ongoing website maintenance & updates packages for regular updates, content changes, and new features as your practice grows and evolves.
You’ll also receive personalized training so you can make simple edits on your own—like updating text, swapping out photos, or adding new content. But if you’d rather not handle those changes yourself, you’re always welcome to hire me to take care of it for you. -

Squarespace strikes the perfect balance between ease of use and powerful flexibility. It’s intuitive enough for you to manage and update your site yourself after I hand it off to you, but also robust enough for me to use custom coding to create a site that’s uniquely yours—far beyond a basic template look.
It also offers strong built-in features for SEO, accessibility, and easy integrations like scheduling, blogging, and newsletters. After spending countless hours working in Squarespace, I know its capabilities inside and out—so I can bring both efficiency and creativity to your project.

When the first draft of your website is ready, I’ll share it with you for feedback, and we’ll schedule a one-hour collaborative session to review your ideas and make updates together. This counts as your first round of revisions.

To get your website up and running, you’ll typically need:
Text content for each page (like your bio, info about your services, etc.). The included website copy roadmap will get you started with helpful guidelines and examples. Then, I’ll jump in and together we’ll refine your text until it’s just right.
Images and photos you’d like included, such as headshots, office photos, or lifestyle imagery.
If you have them, branding materials like logos, color palettes, or fonts. Don’t worry if you don’t have these yet, I offer basic branding as part of my custom website packages! Logo design can be purchased as an add-on service.
Any inspiration or examples of websites or designs you like.
Once we have your materials, we’ll start with a planning and strategy session to map out your content and site structure. You’ll also receive a welcome packet with a content planner and other tools to make creating your content easier. And if questions come up while you’re working on it, I’m always available by email for guidance.

You’ll be responsible for the cost of your Squarespace subscription (the platform that hosts your website). Plans start at $16/month when billed annually— and by working with me, you’ll get 20% off your first year!
If we decide to use any custom fonts or stock photos, you’ll also be responsible for those costs.
A few add-on services, like appointment scheduling or newsletter setup, also require their own subscription. I’ll always let you know upfront if something falls into this category, so there are no surprises.
